
Your warranty period extends for two years from the ship date
This warranty covers all manufacturer defects. It does NOT include damage caused by installation error, weather damage due to improper weather-proofing, out of warranty period items, etc. If you feel that your unit is still under warranty please fill out the form below. Upon approval an RMA number will be sent to the email address provided (can also request a call back).
Once your warranty is repaired or replaced it will be returned to the sender's address unless an alternate address is supplied. Commend will cover UPS Ground return shipping charges on all warrantied items. If faster shipping is needed please supply your shipping account information and desired method of shipping. Returns for credit will be accepted up to 30 days after shipping, but by Commend's descretion can be subjected up to a 25% restocking fee.
Update
Advanced replacements are a separate process involving a Purchase Order for the original part emailed to rma@commendusa.com or faxed to 201-529-0008 clearing stating "Advanced Replacement" and the associated RMA number. This P.O. will be under NET 30 terms unless the original warrantied unit is recevied before then. Once the original unit has been evaluated credit will be given back for the advanced replacement P.O.
